Experience: 

Mr. Pawlikowski provides technical assistance with patent preparation and prosecution in various technical arts, including electrical, complex electronics, computer hardware/ software, communications systems, semiconductors, business methods and the mechanical arts. He has assisted with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications for various major corporations, both domestic and international.

Mr. Pawlikowski has provided technical assistance in support of litigation regarding patent infringement/non-infringement and patent validity/invalidity for major international corporations.

Before entering the patent field, Mr. Pawlikowski worked in industry as an engineer for five years. His positions included a communications systems engineer, application/sw engineer, and an electromagnetics compliance test engineer, in the field of communications systems. He also has experience with hardware and software design.
