Mr. Dresch primarily focuses his practice on mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, computer hardware/software, business method, and design patent preparation and prosecution. He has drafted and prosecuted patent and trademark applications for various major corporations, both domestic and international.
Mr. Dresch has experience in various aspects of intellectual property law including U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, reexamination, and reissue.
Mr. Dresch works directly with corporate IP counsel, start-up companies, and individual inventors to advise them on establishing, developing and maintaining their patent and trademark portfolios.
Mr. Dresch has expertise in preparing legal opinions for various major corporations regarding issues of patent infringement and patent validity, and has counseled corporations on how to avoid infringement of various patents.
